"Light, weather, and Ponca soil" are the three elements that characterize Athemes' wines. Trebbes offers a superb balance of flavor, rich aroma, and lively acidity, with smooth tannins lingering on the finish, adding depth to the wine. After two days of maceration, the wine presents a vibrant mimosa-like yellow color.

The appearance is straw-colored with a golden hue. The beautiful aroma unfolds with a blend of summer wildflower scents, rennet apple, and spicy notes, subtly accompanied by roasted chestnut. On the palate, flavors of white mulberry and bread crust emerge, followed by a clean, savory finish.
