"Celsus" refers to the strong, dry wind called "Celse" that blows from inland and offshore. We are very strict about parcel selection, and because each grape variety and parcel has its own unique characteristics, we indicate "Sélection Parcellaire" (parcel selection) on the label. It has aromas of apricot and almond. It is mellow with a long, lingering fruity finish.
