Castello di Monsanto Fabrizio Bianchi Chardonnay 2024 750ml

Monsanto began cultivating Chardonnay in the Chianti region in 1974, and as a result of their tireless efforts, a wine close to Monsanto's ideal was born from the Chardonnay of this vineyard in 1980. It is a well-structured white wine with aromas of tropical fruits and other complex scents in good harmony.

Brilliant straw yellow in color. Aromas of sliced apples and tropical fruits such as mango are followed by notes of roasted nuts and honey. The taste is concentrated and full-bodied, and upon tasting, one can feel that it is a well-structured wine, with vanilla notes derived from oak barrels giving a subtle sweetness.
