"Occhio di Pernice" means "eye of the partridge" in Italian. Made using traditional methods, only a small quantity is produced from excellent vintages. Late-harvested grapes are air-dried, pressed, and then sealed in small barrels. After aging for approximately 15 years in a dedicated cellar, only the finest wines are bottled. It offers freshness, complexity, and a long finish.

The aromas of nutmeg, dried flowers, candied figs, and tobacco intermingle, offering a delightful combination of freshness, complexity, rich flavor, and a pleasant sweetness.
