Cavicchioli Accento Brut 750ml

Cavit is a cooperative union of wine producers consisting of 11 wineries around Trento. This fresh sparkling wine, with its rich and persistent mousse, is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards on the hillside slopes near Roveré della Luna in Trento and in the Vallagarina Valley.

It is straw-colored with a pale green tinge at the edges. The fragrant fruity aroma has a distinct yeastiness reminiscent of bread crust. The mousse is remarkably rich and persistent, filling the mouth with a fresh sensation. The taste is also well-balanced with a solid structure.
