FMC stands for Forrester, Meinert & Schandl, and includes the name of Ken Forrester's friend and fellow Stellenbosch winemaker Martin Meinert, with whom he jointly developed the wine. This white wine boasts a concentrated flavor and elegant balance, having significantly elevated the status of Chenin Blanc in South Africa.

Pale yellow. Rich aromas reminiscent of dried fruit (apricot), vanilla, honey, and baked apple. The palate offers coconut milk, almond, hazelnut, and baked apple, with a citrusy finish.
