This wine is a blend of three different regions—Stellenbosch, Elim, and Darling—each expressing its unique terroir. This white wine, with its tropical flavors and crisp, clean acidity, is aged on its lees to achieve a creamy mouthfeel, characterized by strong notes of green grass, fig, white peach, and nectarine.

Pale yellow in color. It presents complex aromas of strong green grass with nuances of fig, white peach, and nectarine. The palate offers refreshing acidity and minerality, a result of the long hang time attributed to the cool climate of the region.
