After retiring as a surgeon, Christian Ferret began making wine in his hometown of Loire in 1994. He now owns six wineries. Château de Montfort is an old castle located in Vouvray. Confidences is the château's top cuvée, and its name, meaning "conviction," reflects the confidence in its quality.

The color is bright, an attractive golden hue. The complex aroma offers citrus fruits, freshly baked brioche, and a hint of floral notes. The bubbles that spread in the mouth are very delicate and smooth, resulting in a harmonious finish. Residual sugar: 4g/L.
