Château de Montfort Crémant de Loire Brut 750ml

After retiring as a surgeon, Christian Ferret began making wine in his hometown of Loire in 1994. He gradually expanded his vineyards and now owns six estates and châteaux. One of them, Château de Montfort, is an old castle in Vouvray with a vineyard area of 35 hectares.

This wine has a brilliant yellow color. It offers toasted aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruits and brioche. The bubbles that spread in the mouth have a creamy texture, but the fruitiness is fresh, making for a well-balanced wine. Residual sugar: 7.9g/L.
