A historic family whose surname, Scrimaglio, is preserved in the name of a place due to the accomplishments of their ancestors. Timorasso was once on the verge of extinction, but it has recently garnered renewed attention as the "Barolo of white wines" due to its ability to age for extended periods. It is characterized by aromas of acacia and hawthorn blossoms, ripe peach and honey, and notes of minerality and flint.

Straw yellow in color. Complex, with a blend of acacia and hawthorn blossom aromas, and ripe peach and honey. Notes of minerality and flint also emerge. It is dry, with a pleasant minerality and a balanced acidity.
