Smith & Sheth CRU Wairau Sauvignon Blanc 2023 750ml

A new project started in 2016 by grape grower Steve Smith MW and American investor Brian Sheth. "Cru" means "vineyard of superior quality" in French, and Steve Smith MW named the brand "CRU" because he believes this is the most important thing.

Beautiful aromas reminiscent of lime, passionfruit, and hay. Flavors of lime and nectarine are well-balanced with wonderful salinity, acidity, and a stony texture.
