A winery established in 1987 by Taittinger, a prestigious Champagne house. Le Rêve means "The Dream" in French, and it is the flagship wine of Carneros. This rich, full-bodied, dry sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, aged for six years in the bottle, and capable of long-term aging. It offers an aromatic bouquet of white flowers and citrus, with hints of toast.

The nose offers aromas of ginger, crème brûlée, toasted coconut, and citrus peel. On the palate, flavors of pear, yuzu, brioche, and baked lemon meringue pie emerge. This wine expresses depth and pure fruit, leading to a long, elegant finish. Like many great wines, Le Rêve is crafted for extended aging and will continue to evolve in the cellar for decades.
