Domaine Fouassier is a Sancerre winery that dates back to 1742. Since 2011, they have been employing biodynamic farming methods, aiming to produce wines that express the characteristics of the terroir. Iconoclast is a captivating wine with fresh fruitiness and pleasant acidity, as if your mouth is full of red berries.

As the name "Iconoclast" suggests, this is a challenging wine created "against tradition." In pursuit of a pure and simple fruit-driven wine, completely opposite to a Sancerre meant for long-term aging, it is made in a more natural state (sulfite-free, amphora aging). It is youthful, fresh, and like having a mouthful of red berries such as cherries and raspberries. This is a light and charming wine with pleasant acidity and a smooth texture.
