A wine that symbolizes the history of Paternoster, named in honor of the founder, Don Anselmo. Although it was believed that the late-ripening Aglianico could not become a great wine, through delicate vineyard work and aging in two types of barrels, including traditional barrels, it has become a wonderful wine with depth and complexity.

Vibrant and deep ruby color. Complex aromas of red fruits, leather, balsamic, and black spices spread out. On the palate, it is dry and powerful. It has a firm structure and elegance, with a very long finish.
