This flagship white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from vines with an average age of over 20 years, located in the renowned Barolo villages of Monforte d'Alba and Castiglione Falletto. It embodies Parusso's desire to approach Burgundian elegance, offering vibrant, sensual aromas and a complexity that develops with aging.

It is a pale straw color. On the nose, there are notes of ripe yellow apple, grapefruit, and bergamot citrus, intertwined with nuances of dandelion and beeswax.
