Thanks to the high altitude of 600-700m, the dry climate with constant winds, and the strong sunlight, healthy grapes grow without the need for chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. This modern producer uses no chemical fertilizers, and their wines are aged in a 500-year-old cellar (10m underground).

The wine is a purplish ruby color. It has a complex and powerful aroma of cherries and tart black cherries, along with spices, vanilla, and thyme. It has a powerful and structured taste, elegant with notes of spice and cream. It is a well-balanced wine with a deep flavor and good minerality.
