One of France's oldest cooperatives, established in 1906 by producers in the Jura region. It was founded with a strong desire to create high-quality wines that express the terroir. Currently, nearly 100 members produce over one million bottles of wine annually from approximately 250 hectares of vineyards.

This wine has a brilliant yellowish hue, delicate and persistent bubbles, and a skillful combination of dried fruit and honey aromas. The attack is characterized by the distinctive aromas and freshness of Crémant, which slowly transitions into the aromatic world of Vin Jaune. Residual sugar: 10.0 g/L.
