One of the oldest cooperatives in France, established in 1906 by Jura producers. It was founded with a strong desire to create high-quality wines that express the terroir. Currently, nearly 100 members gather to produce over one million bottles of wine annually from approximately 250 hectares of vineyards.

Château-Chalon is an appellation where only Vin Jaune is produced, and it is the region where Vin Jaune originated. It is a very complex and powerful wine with a unique aroma. Its taste is characterized by complexity and a long finish with mineral notes, along with aromas of hazelnut, vanilla, and cumin.
