Each year, fruit from cool climates such as Tumbarumba is carefully selected to shape its distinctive style. Bin 311 offers aromas of lemon and lime and a mineral backbone of acidity, complemented by barrel fermentation and maturation in French oak. Filtration is kept to a minimum, preserving the elegant fruit flavors.

Affectionately known as "Baby Yattarna," this wine evokes elements of Yattarna throughout. It presents notes of flint and matchstick, alongside cool-climate aromas of white peach, grapefruit, white flowers, and nashi pear. Fine French oak adds depth with almond, nougat, and brioche.
