Bin 51 was created in the 1990s as part of Penfolds' white wine program, and it beautifully expresses the characteristics of Eden Valley, with lovely varietal flavors and natural acidity.

It has a very pale color with a hint of lime green. The nose reveals notes of freshly squeezed Tahitian lime juice, lychee, potpourri, white flowers, a hint of mandarin, and aromas of curry leaf and spearmint. The palate is filled with citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, lemongrass, minerality, and green apple peel. The finish is clean, with the acidity holding everything together.
