Santeneny Malsadière Premier Cru is located on the middle of a slope (300-320m elevation) and is characterized by brownish clay soil on the west side and thick limestone soil on the east side. Louis Jadot acquired this 5-hectare estate from Prieur-Brunet in 2017, and some of the vines are over 50 years old.

Extended aging in oak barrels gives this wine a firm structure and complex aromas.
