Chassagne-Montrachet is located in a narrow, six-kilometer stretch in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune, alongside the villages of Puligny, Meursault, and Blagny. The wines from these villages are each considered among Burgundy's greatest white wines. They are rich and soft white wines with a mellow aroma and full fruit flavors.
