Louis Jadot Montrachet Grand Cru 2023 750ml

The Côte de Beaune region has land in its heart destined for the production of great white wines. This Grand Cru Montrachet vineyard is partly on the Puligny side and partly on the Montrachet side. The soil is clay-limestone with many pebbles, offering good drainage and warming easily.

It boasts a beautiful, distinct yellow hue, clear and brilliant. It evokes aromas of verbena, white-fleshed fruit, spices, mushrooms, and a hint of wood buds. It is full-bodied and very rich, yet not overly heavy thanks to its acidity, making for a very well-balanced wine. It is flavorful and becomes richer with age.
