Louis Jadot Vieux Marc de Bourgogne "A La Mascotte" 700ml

"À la Mascotte" is named after Bacchus, the mascot of Louis Jadot. It is a single distillation using an alembic. Aged for a long period in small oak barrels, the marc slowly evaporates, gaining elegance and softness.

Complex and deep aromas and flavors reminiscent of cedar and caramel derived from barrel aging spread throughout. The elegant and rich finish lingers for a long time.
