This Cuvée, first produced in the 1990 vintage, is an outstanding wine that received a perfect 100-point Parker score for its second vintage in 1991. It is a low-production wine made from old vine grapes grown biodynamically in a single vineyard, divided into smaller plots.

It has a beautiful deep red color. In addition to fruity aromas such as raspberry, there are hints of violet floral notes, and spicy flavors like black olive, tapenade, and rosemary. On the palate, it has a pleasant smooth texture and a firm structure. It is an elegant and harmonious wine.
