This is a rare, low-production wine made from old vine grapes grown using biodynamic farming methods in single vineyards subdivided into plots. "Saint-Joseph Rouge Le Clos" is a cuvée that has been produced since the 2011 vintage.

It has a beautiful, deep garnet color with a purplish hue, and an impressive aroma of concentrated blackcurrant, such as cherry and blackberry, along with mineral notes. This wine is soft, rich, yet elegant, with beautiful silky tannins, a long finish derived from granite, and rich aromas.
