Celsius refers to the strong, dry wind called "Cers" that blows from inland and offshore. We rigorously select parcels, and because each grape variety and parcel has its own unique characteristics, we label it "Sélection Parcellaire" (parcel selection). It has aromas reminiscent of raspberry, strawberry, and pepper. You can enjoy the rich fruit flavor right through to the finish.

A deep, beautiful garnet color with a ruby hue. Aromas of fresh raspberry and strawberry, with a faint hint of pepper. Smooth on the attack, with rich and abundant fruit flavor that lingers to the finish.
