For "Riserva," grapes suitable for a longer aging period are selected from vineyards in the Classico area. While a regular Classico undergoes 12 months of aging in large barrels, Riserva is aged for 18 months in small barrels. This results in a distinctive flavor with enhanced spiciness and complexity.

It has a bright ruby-red color. The aroma is wild, with notes of black cherry, sweet spices, licorice, cloves, leather, and pipe tobacco. Scents of violets and roses can also be perceived. On the palate, it is a wine with firm acidity, robust tannins, and a strong structure.
