Castello di Monsanto Fabrizio Bianchi Sangioveto Grosso 2016 750ml

This wine is made from grapes grown on the best-ripening slopes of the 3.3-hectare "SCANI" vineyard, located on galestro soil at an altitude of 300m. Since 1974, only Sangiovese Grosso harvested here has been used to make this wine, which is produced only in great vintages.

It has a deep ruby color. The aroma of red currants, prunes, earth, and black pepper, with beautiful tannins and lively acidity spreading in the mouth. It is wonderful to drink now and will further develop its qualities with age.
