Cavit Altemasi Brut Millesimato 2021 750ml

This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months, and is certified as Trento DOC. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from vineyards in the hills surrounding Trento and the Val di Cembra. It is a well-balanced, crisp, dry wine with complex aromas and fine, pearl-like bubbles.

It has a straw-yellow color with a hint of green at the rim. The extremely fine and persistent bubbles resemble pearls. It has a complex aroma with intertwining notes of fresh fruit and yeast. The dry and fresh taste is well-balanced with a firm body and a long finish.
