This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method with a minimum of 15 months of secondary fermentation in the bottle and is certified Trentodoc. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the hills around Trento, the Laghi Valley, and Brentonico. It is a well-balanced, crisp, dry wine with a complex aroma and fine, pearly bubbles.

It has a straw color with a hint of green at the rim. The extremely fine and persistent bubbles are like pearls. It has a complex aroma of fresh fruit and yeast. The dry and fresh taste is well-balanced with a firm body and a long finish.
