The winery’s eponymous wine uses Cabernet Franc (up to 55 years old) harvested from the winery's oldest vineyards. In addition to ripe red and black berry fruit, there are also hints of walnut and earth. It is a medium-bodied wine with light and elegant tannins and a refreshing finish.
