This prestigious and historic winery, founded in 1920, is located in the Montsarra region of Penedès, near Barcelona. It has been a family-run business for over 100 years, managed by the original family since its inception. They produce a unique, extra-dry Cava (residual sugar: 1g/L) with a distinct aroma and flavor, combining freshness with just the right amount of softness, made exclusively from grapes grown in their own vineyards and contracted fields.

It has a sharp acidity, yet is balanced by aromas of ripe fruit and flowers. The fact that it doesn't taste like it has only 1g/L of residual sugar may be due to its rich umami flavor.
