Domaine Fouassier is a Sancerre winery that dates back to 1742. Since 2011, they have introduced biodynamic farming methods and aim to produce wines that express the characteristics of their terroir. Sur le Fort offers a rich and mellow mouthfeel with minerals from the limestone soils of the Bezancé vineyard, along with aromas of mango, honey, and spice.
