Domaine Fouassier is a Sancerre winery that has been in operation since 1742. Since 2011, they have adopted biodynamic farming methods and aim to produce wines that express the characteristics of their terroir. This wine is made from soil ideal for Pinot Noir, with a rich fruitiness and velvety tannins forming a beautiful balance.

It has a youthful garnet hue. This is a wonderful wine with aromas of black fruits such as blackcurrant, candied fruit, spices, and an undergrowth note.
