Biondi Santi is a legendary figure, often referred to as the creator of Brunello di Montalcino. With its bright fruitiness, this wine can be enjoyed both young and aged, and is matured for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

It is very round and rich, characterized by a bluish aroma and a dry character. The dense and deep fruit aromas of cherry and blackberry spread across the palate, with hints of spice, blue flowers, and mint also present. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of Morello cherry, blood orange, and star anise. Smooth and firm tannins, along with sharp acidity, create a balanced taste, and the finish unfolds in layers.
