One of France's oldest cooperatives, established in 1906 by Jura producers. It was founded with a strong desire to create high-quality wines that express the terroir. Currently, nearly 100 members produce over 1 million bottles of wine annually from approximately 250 hectares of vineyards.

This typical wine, Chateau Béthanie's flagship, beautifully expresses the characteristics of the Jura region. It is a well-balanced wine with nuances of hazelnut, lemongrass, and hawthorn. Its brilliant golden-yellow color is the result of Savagnin being aged for 36 months under a film of flor yeast before being blended with Chardonnay.
