A fruity style of wine with wonderful Shiraz and Cabernet fruit, solid yet balanced structure and oak flavors. Made as a traditional "Australian blend," this wine delivers fleshy fruit from Shiraz and fine tannins and structure from Cabernet.

Plum in the center with a cherry-red rim. Aromas of licorice, fennel root, and black roses emerge. Notes of raspberry, blackberry, dried sage, thyme, and toasted oak are present, while ripe plum, dark cherry, and blackberry freshness and texture are enhanced by creamy vanilla bean and spice flavors. Delicate tannins complement the fruit, providing length and balance on the finish.
