St Henri is a Shiraz wine with a unique style that truly shines with extended maturation, offering an interesting contrast to Grange. It is aged in large, old vats that have been in use for several decades, minimizing oak characteristics. While a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon is blended in, St Henri remains a Shiraz-focused wine.

Deep, dark red in color. The aromas are endless, with notes of pencil, flint, black olive, mustard, arugula, capers, fresh fig, rhubarb, cinnamon, and cola. White plum and spiced charcuterie are present, along with a fresh, lively acidity and fine-grained tannins. A characteristic feature is the subtle hint of oak, due to aging in old large vats.
