Bannockburn is a sub-region in Central Otago, and this wine uses only Sauvignon Blanc grapes from their own vineyards, managed by their in-house viticulture team.

The 2022 vintage is characterized by aromas of ripe citrus and peach, in addition to elderflower and grassy notes. It has a rich and full-bodied palate with white stone fruits, offering a fresh and juicy impression. Minerality and acidity, along with citrus and elderflower, linger through to the finish.
