This producer has consistently received the highest ratings since the first New Zealand Pinot Noir producer rankings, always remaining at the top. They also practice environmentally friendly winemaking. Bannockburn is a sub-region in Central Otago, and they only use Pinot Noir from their own vineyards, managed by their in-house cultivation team.

Sweet red and black cherry aromas are complemented by nuances of wild herbs and clove. The layers gradually unfold in the mouth, with a smooth texture. Fine tannins emerge gracefully, while firm acidity, spice, red cherry, and a hint of mocha flavors are also present, leading to a long finish.
