The vineyards of Saint-Aubin are divided into two areas, one of which borders Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet and is known for producing high-quality white wines. Louis Jadot produces white wines with rich aromas and wonderful harmony.

Distinct aromas of hazelnut and pleasant peach are clearly perceptible. Balanced acidity, richness, and the wine's characteristic supple extract of ripe fruit are in harmony. A clean, soft oak flavor lingers at the end of a long finish.
