Saint-Romain is a small village next to Auxey-Duresses. The vineyards are located on steep slopes at an altitude of 350-410m, the highest in the Côte d'Or, beneath a large cliff, making it a cool area. The slopes face south-southeast.

Pale yellow with a slightly greenish tinge. It has fresh aromas of white flowers and white fruits. On the palate, a rich flavor spreads, and the moderate acidity leads to a fresh and pleasant finish.
