Louis Jadot Givry Rouge 2022 750ml

Known as a wine loved by Henry IV, who was immensely popular with the French people, it is produced in a very small area limited to the village of Givry and the small hamlets of Poncey, Cortiambles, and Russilly. The soil consists of weathered Jurassic marlstone and calcareous brown earth, which is why Givry wines are often compared to Volnay.

It has a pure, lively taste, with a hint of warmth and gentleness. It is a rich and well-balanced red wine overall.
