The Clos de la Croix de Pierre plot is located on the east-facing slope of the hill opposite the Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne hill. It is a well-drained clay-limestone soil with many pebbles in the topsoil. The 2-hectare Chardonnay vineyard's lower half belongs to the Premier Cru "En Caradeux" and the upper half to the Village area.

Aromas of apricot, peach, and white flowers, with subtle notes of honey and spice. This is an elegant dry white wine with a good balance of acidity and fruit.
