This is a low-production wine made from old vines grown biodynamically in a single vineyard divided into plots. "De Lorey" is a cuvée that has been produced since the 1991 vintage and was the first cuvée in the "Selection Parcellaire" series of dry white wines.

It has a beautiful, brilliant deep golden color with a subtle green tint. The aroma is rich, with notes of burnt pebbles and candy, ripe lemon fruit, and the scent of acacia and hawthorn blossoms. It has a mellow palate and a firm body. The taste is very complex, characterized by ripe fruit, spice, and roasted flavors. The finish is very long and refreshing.
